Yumis has a diverse range of products in its portfolio. We can classify everything into several basic product groups: soups, side dishes, sweet program (puddings, whipped cream, ice cream), packaged food (cocoa, coconut, raisins, corn flour), appetisers (peanuts, popcorn). We also produce teas (with cones, without thread and with the aroma of the wrapper). Next group: olives, mushrooms and other pasteurised products. Confectionery products – tea rings, ratluk / turkish delight, jelly cubes. The main feature of Yumis products – that we are most proud of – is their quality, a well balanced price- quality ratio and modern design in line with the latest trends in food production.
Modern times bring sharper and more demanding consumer habits, and in order to be successful one must meet all expectations. In addition to the Serbian market, where we supply 6,000 facilities, we place Yumis products on another 30 markets around the world.

COMPANY DEVELOPMENT AND ENTREPRENEURIAL STORY
We have expanded our production following all modern trends in the production of this type of food. We have implemented all the knowledge we have acquired from equipment manufacturers and our technologists. They have been trained to follow trends, thus they provide and create new products and energy sources, and they optimise other inputs and finish products that are above all high quality, tasty and safe. We reached new customers mostly through personal contacts and we won our biggest ones through a network of personal acquaintances.
We attend economic exhibitions, fairs and meetings in the Chamber of Commerce. For us such meetings are a source of new contacts and opportunities for establishing new business. During its 30 years Yumis has faced various challenges in its development and we have become stronger owing to the company’s flexibility, prudent management and above all owing to our staff’s “feels like home” attitude to work in Yumis.
CONTRIBUTION TO SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS
Yumis’ strategy is to invest in its employees, to invest in their training, and to enable them to acquire new skills and to develop. In the times we live in, it is increasingly difficult to hire quality workforce. We believe that in the time ahead, the basic resource will be quality workforce. That is why we try to provide our staff with decent working conditions and an adequate compensation package. We take care of the families of our employees and of their health.
We observe the importance of hygiene and overall prevention and believe that all that we do contributes to maintaining company’s stability and increases productivity.
While developing the Machine Park and related innovations we’ve also began working on renewable energy sources. The aim of the project is to develop a solar power plant that would meet our electricity needs, by using large roof areas and to sell any surplus electricity on the market.
