The SME100 Expo is an initiative launched in 2022 with the idea of recognizing and gathering leading small and medium-sized enterprises according to a predefined methodology and enabling their voices to be heard. The second edition of the "SME100 Expo 2023: People - the key to Success" will take place on November 9, 2023, at the Science and Technology Park in Niš. This year's focus will be on people, specifically employees—how to attract quality talent, how to retain employees, with additional topics including digitization, green transformation, and corporate governance.
These are the "leaders" within the population of Hidden Champions, companies where direct exports of their own products and services account for more than 24.9% of their revenue and have a value greater than EUR 1 million. Companies that earn from the export of low-value-added resources, agricultural products, or trading and transportation services are not included.
Within the Platform for General Social Dialogue "Sustainable Development for All" and in the context of achieving the Sustainable Development Goals and the United Nations Agenda 2030, CEVES has been engaging in a dialogue (individually and in smaller roundtable discussions) with key Serbian entrepreneurs for over two years. The purpose of these discussions is to identify the development needs of the Serbian economy and initiate initiatives that will contribute to realizing this vision by 2030. In doing so, CEVES is promoting the role that leading Serbian SMEs can and should play in sustainable development in Serbia.
MIND Park is located 12 km from Kragujevac in the heart of Central Serbia, covering an area of 150 hectares, with convenient access to the highway and good transportation connections to the surrounding area.
This complex, designated by the Government of Serbia as a project of national importance, provides manufacturing facilities for creating innovative solutions in areas of high industrial development.
The strategy and infrastructure of MIND Park are committed to and aligned with the concept of the "Fourth Industrial Revolution - Industry 4.0".
The MSP100 Expo will take place in the headquarters building of MIND Park.

The organizer of SME100 Expo 2023 are CEVES and Science and Technology Park Niš, with partners the Big Small Businesses Project financed by USAID and implemented by ACDI/VOCA, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and Education to Employment project supported by the Swiss Government and implemented by NIRAS IP.
