This year the family company BOSIS from Valjevo is celebrating 40 years of business. During that period it has grown from a small craft workshop for screen printing to a leading regional manufacturer of printed and laminated cardboard packaging. The company with its 146 employees produces innovative packaging for over 170 clients in all industries: clothing and footwear, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, food, automotive, electrical, IT industry and others. In 2021 we produced over 370 million boxes for domestic and foreign brands: Coca Cola, Henkel, Nestle, Dr. Oetker, Atlantic Group, Bambi, Polimark, Aleva, Carnex, Yuhor, Neoplanta and many others. In 2021, our exports accounted for 30% of the turnover and packaging from Valjevo adorned the shelves in France, Germany, Switzerland, Russia, Morocco, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia and other countries. Our mission is to package all brands well while responsibly and sustainably doing “business with purpose” and creating: packaging “with the soul” and values that remain for posterity.

COMPANY DEVELOPMENT AND ENTREPRENEURIAL STORY
BOSIS was established in 1982 as a small workshop for screen printing in the garage of its founder, Bogoljub Pantelic. In 1992 the company moved to new location where the growth picked up. BOSIS continued to expand and in 2007 bought the Asitrade line for wave production and lamination. The development continued further with the conquest of “blister cardboard” manufacturing technology in 2014. From the beginning BOSIS has been committed to quality, monitoring and investing in market trends, technology and people. Such a policy has enabled our company to be among the pioneers of digital transformation, to adapt business to circularity, to establish Bosis Family organisational culture and business standards. Owing to such approach to business we were able to engage with demanding supply chains of large multinationals, after winning Eco Vadis Platinum Supplier, SMETA SEDEX and other prestigious awards. BOSIS successfully withstood the blows of the corona virus pandemic managed to maintain an uninterrupted production process and to ensure continuous supply (through the FMCG supply chain) at a time when it was most needed. Amid great turbulence in the paper market BOSIS continues to make great efforts to ensure stable supply of packaging to the market.
