BUCK LIGHTING was founded in 1992 and produces high-quality LED lighting of the original design. The LED lighting we produce enables significant energy savings and is recycled and produced according to current environmental recommendations. BUCK is fully committed to the top quality of all its products and services. Its quality management system is confirmed by numerous certificates. Through careful strategic leadership and planning, and through anticipating trends and introducing new ones, we have developed several areas of excellence for which BUCK lighting is renowned: architectural, medical, industrial, sports, and public lighting. BUCK lighting is currently located at four addresses: in Belgrade, Vienna, Frankfurt, and Moscow, and is present in 46 markets worldwide. BUCK is constantly working to advance its product development, market research, and customer service. COMPANY DEVELOPMENT AND ENTREPRENEURIAL STORY
BUCK lighting is founded by Darko Budec and the company has been successfully developing lighting products for almost three decades. The lighting market has transformed in the direction of technological changes, the transition to LED light sources, and smart solutions that are integrated into smart buildings and cities. The company’s adjustment was natural, and its strategy “to be on the top of technology” made work easier because BUCK was practically ahead of the market with its solutions and products. The changes in the market did not catch BUCK unprepared. Instead, we foresaw and overtook the changes. Increased awareness of environmental issues was also on BUCK’s side because LED lighting is environmentally sustainable, saves electricity, and has a lifespan of over 20 years. The company’s products can be found mostly in hospitals and the pharmaceutical industry due to the impact of the fight against Covid. BUCK’s lighting is also used in infrastructure, sports facilities, and architectural projects. BUCK has embarked on important tunnel-lighting projects in Austria. Due to the specifics of the tunnels and the requirements the tunnels impose, our firm’s multidisciplinary approach has been moved to an even higher level. At BUCK we are especially proud of the lightning for clean rooms and of our ARIA HCL which has been developed based on the latest technologies.
