The company is divided into three departments: the AI/ML team, the data engineering team, and the software development team. With nearly 10 years of experience, SmartCat has worked with over 30 clients on a variety of AI solutions in areas such as NLP (natural language processing), computer vision, behavioral analysis, sensor data, etc. We are proud of having created our “Labs” as part of the development center, where we invest in accelerators and code automation, enabling us to deliver GPT assistants and other solutions that meet market demands. We have established processes and take full responsibility for delivering products with a significant impact on our clients’ businesses, while focusing on quality.

If our company had the opportunity to participate in Expo 2027, we would be excited to showcase our innovative AI solutions, particularly those focused on improving energy efficiency in the context of smart cities. Our expertise in AI technology development allows us to implement solutions that significantly reduce energy consumption and optimize resources, which is a key factor in building sustainable urban environments.
Additionally, SmartCat is committed to developing advanced AI solutions in the field of healthcare, including medical data analysis, prediction of treatment outcomes, and personalized medicine. Participation in Expo 2027 would be an excellent opportunity to demonstrate how technology can contribute to improving the quality of life and health of the global population.
We also recognize the growing importance of the e-commerce sector, especially in Serbia, and offer AI solutions that optimize processes such as product search, personalized recommendations, and inventory management.
