How do you find good and suitable employees?
There is potential for production workers in the Pomoravlje region through local labor market campaigns and cooperation with the National Employment Service (NSZ). For specialized positions, we occasionally use recruitment agencies. Since 2021, we have implemented a dual education program in cooperation with the Technical School in Ćuprija, where 40 students are currently being trained in wood processing.

How do you achieve the productivity necessary for success?
Through automation of the production process for the main product lines, investing in bottleneck areas to significantly increase productivity, and daily monitoring of performance and employee training.
