SERVOTEH develops and produces individual machines, presses, tools, and complete automation systems for different industries. Our machines are the result of our own production: from development and design, production, editing, to software and launch. We have a development engineering bureau, CNC production, and crane assembly halls. We use solar energy (solar panels) to take care of sustainable development. Markets for which we work: Serbia, France, Romania, Dubai, USA, Egypt, Algeria, Singapore, China, and clients are: Robert Bosch, ZF, BMTS, Jafa, Frikom, Umka, Dedienne Aerospace, Rheinstahl. The main characteristics of SERVOTEH’s production program are the multidisciplinary and technological complexity of each product. This requires the integration of expertise in multiple fields (metallurgy, technology, mechanical engineering, electrical computer systems). We are particularly motivated to conquer technologies that were not so far produced in Serbia and to raise the technological level of our country.

COMPANY DEVELOPMENT AND ENTREPRENEURIAL STORY
It all started 20 years ago, when engineer Ilija Jarakovic, driven by a bold idea, professional curiosity, and a desire to make knowledge and talent available to the wider community, decided to leave the Lola Institute and continue his business journey on his own. In 2002, Ilija together with a few close associates founded SERVOTEH in a small garage. Servoteh was in design at the time and worked in cooperation. In 2012, SERVOTEH moved to a new space in Dobanovci, where it is today. The company started producing machines- which was a turning point in the further development of the company.
The biggest problem was the inability to secure working capital and the lack of references. Smart investment in equipment, in the development and training of employees, as well as in renewable energy sources provide us with the basis for further development. New customers are reached through recommendations, websites, and exhibits at fairs. We financed our development with bank loans, advance customer funds, and our own savings. With great effort, persistent and dedicated work, learning and not giving up on solving problems in order to complete projects, Servoteh has achieved success.
CONTRIBUTION TO SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS
In 2021, guided by a sustainable development strategy, we installed a solar power plant for our own consumption with a complete energy management system and protection of the production process. We recognized the project as multiple investments, but not through direct return on investment in the short term, but through a long-term and multisignificant investment in sustainable sources, advocacy for energy efficiency, and resource-saving in the production process. An additional motive for installing solar panels was our desire to raise awareness and awareness of the preservation of the environment, both among SERVOTEH employees and wider. Solar panels are a project that is one of the ways SERVOTEH shows that there are small private companies in Serbia that take care of energy efficiency, sustainable development, and so-called green energy. SERVOTEH is aware that environmental preservation is one of the imperatives we must respect – wherever we live and whatever we do! Both the environment and the development of employees are our focus. For these purposes, we engage an external associate who deals with the growth and development of each individual and every team in the company. By investing in technical improvements of all processes, we provide better working conditions and professional growth. We take care of the youth of our country and for these purposes, we are included in the dual education programme. Through various projects, we support the community in which we operate (donating to the local kindergarten and supporting local events).
