TERMOVENT SC produces industrial valves for use in the field of exploration, production, and refining of oil and gas, energy, chemical, and process industries. Every year we expand our extremely wide range of products with new product groups using the know-how and experience of our engineers. We also constantly observe the needs of our clients by exchanging ideas with engineers from all industries in which our products are used.
The production of industrial valves of the highest quality and reliability is considered a mandatory standard and there is no compromise in this respect. Thereby we stay competitive with the leading global valve manufacturers, and we’ve built a brand open to the biggest of projects. This approach has resulted in the installation of our products in industrial plants in 65 countries globally on all the continents.

COMPANY DEVELOPMENT AND ENTREPRENEURIAL STORY

TERMOVENT is a family company founded in 1963 by Mr.Slobodan Crnogorac. It started as a small craft workshop and owing to the dedication and vision of Mr. Crnogorac it quickly grew to become a successful company that coped with all the challenges that a private firm had to face. Investing in human resources and machine parks enabled an “organic” development of the company and the growth of production, and also enabled improvements in the production processes and the mastering of new products. When the capacities of TERMOVENT outgrew the market in Serbia the founder (and hitherto the general director) of the company passed over the management to his son Aleksandar Crnogorac in order for the company to find new, foreign markets and to fully internationalise its operation. TERMOVENT’s presence in 65 countries today has vindicated the founder’s decision.
Three key events greatly contributed to the development of the company. The first was the decision to certify the Quality System in 1987, followed by the construction of a new factory that became operational in 1996, and the third key event was the acquisition of the majority package of shares in the “Backa Topola Steel Foundry” in 2003.

In addition to investing in technological solutions, we aim to create optimal working conditions, knowing that a good work environment increases worker satisfaction and has a positive impact on work ethics and productivity. Therefore, at TERMOVENT we pay special attention to the constant improvement of working conditions. Annual training courses for our staff enable us to keep pace with modern trends and with major global competitors.
