CASE 3D is a company established over 12 years ago and it operates in the field of property marketing and sales. For 8 years the company applied the “agency model” in its work, providing services of visualisation and production of marketing material for clients globally. Over the last 5 years, after our R&D sector was launched and after we hired high-tech staff, the agency was transformed into a “prop-tech company”. CASE 3D now facilitates and speeds up sales using its digital products to meet the needs of clients in the field of real estate development. Interactive touch screen, online property navigators, advanced solutions for sales through sales centres (among them realistic VR
virtual tours), media walls, and experience rooms – are the solutions we offer to some of the biggest names in the global real estate industry: Emaar, Eagle Hills, Orascom, Obama Foundation, Clayco. Our clients also include big names among the regional developers: the Belgrade Waterfront, Sunnyvile, and Porto Montenegro.

COMPANY DEVELOPMENT AND ENTREPRENEURIAL STORY

CASE 3D originates from an idea of three architects in 2009. They wanted to pool together clients and resources, so they could share knowledge and capacity to increase productivity and quality of service. With the increasing volume of work and number of clients, the founders of CASE 3D decided to expand their capacities and they started hiring staff. That was definitely the first turning point in the company’s growth.Before long (in 2011) CASE 3D continued to hire new staff, aiming to engage different profiles in order to be able to divide the production process. This period marked the second important moment in the company’s growth. The production process was divided into sectors and each sector was optimised. The result was a faster and better service for our clients. The growth has burgeoned, and the number of company staff grew to 80 within two years, prompting a wholesale systematisation of CASE 3D’s internal processes. Since 2019, faced with the challenges of the pandemic, the company was transformed into a tech company. We developed our own IP solutions to improve sales of properties under construction. In 2020 our project “ThinkHome platform” brought us co-financing from the Fund for Innovation, and CASE 3D continues to develop.

CONTRIBUTION TO SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS

In respect of company culture and respect for employees, our company’s guideline from day one was not to embrace a mainstream standard of other regional companies at the time. So, CASE 3D hired a professional staff of architectural profiles. As a young and innovative startup company CASE 3D was unique in the country and the region. We adopted an inclusive business model welcoming women to our staff.Our working conditions and company culture are guided by standards superior to the regional prevailing practices. Living up to such high standards required the introduction of technical improvements at work. This was done through software solutions and the formation of our HR department. Our staff undergoes regular training where it is introduced to the latest trends in this field. Today we employ an equal number of men and women, and women are encouraged to join and are trained for management positions. As a result, women occupy at present 6 key positions in the company. Women at CASE 3D enjoy the benefits of extended paid maternity leave and we observe gender equality in respect of wages. The company will base its further development on the same policy. Our commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals was vindicated by the funds CASE 3D has been granted from the Government’s Innovation Fund.
